At Bartenderlab & BARTENDRR, we always strive to make collaboration as simple and smooth as possible. When it comes to cancellations, we handle each case individually and with care to ensure we find the best solution for all parties involved. We work with reliable local partners who typically do not require any compensation for venue cancellations.
In cases where our partner does not charge a fee, we do not pass on any costs to our customers either. Our goal is to offer terms that are as flexible and customer-friendly as possible.
Cancellation Policy for Workshops and cocktail challenge:
Cancellation 30 Days or More Before the Booked Date:
If cancellation occurs 30 days or more before the booked date, the full amount will be refunded, or no invoicing will occur.
Cancellation or rescheduling between 29 and 7 Days Before the Booked Date:
For cancellations made between 29 and 7 days before the booked date, a cancellation fee covering the venue rental will be charged. Venue rental: 4500
Cancellation or rescheduling made less Than 7 Days Before the Booked Date or No-Show:
If cancellation occurs less than 7 days before the booked date, or in case of a no-show, the full amount will be invoiced to the individual or company that booked. This amount is non-refundable.
Rescheduling Process:
To reschedule your event, please contact us via email or phone. Rescheduling is valid for up to one year from the original booking date, with no additional costs for rescheduling within this period.
Cancellation Notification:
All cancellations and rescheduling requests should be communicated in writing via email to Info@bartendrr.com. The cancellation is considered valid once you receive a written confirmation from us.
Flexibility in Special Circumstances:
We understand that unforeseen events can occur. Please contact us as soon as possible if you have special circumstances, and we will do our best to find a solution that works for both parties.
